Alison Kelly, Design Director
Born and raised in New York and shaped by my design education in Boston, I’m an NYC-based design director with 10 years of advertising experience, plus additional work across the beverage and healthcare industries. My background has taken me from cross-functional creative teams to fast-paced agencies, giving me a deep appreciation for strategic thinking, strong storytelling, and design that moves people.
My design philosophy is all about turning chaos into clarity – transforming complex ideas into work that’s thoughtful, smart, and beautifully crafted. I believe in elevating every touchpoint, building projects people genuinely want to engage with, and fostering an environment where collaboration, curiosity, and a little bit of fun lead to the best ideas.
